A Brave Call From "PMAC" - Conservative Majority

Editorial comment:  Obviously when he made this call, Paul hadn't heard that Sheila Fraser was pissed with the Harperites about "misquoting her".  Canadians might not respect their politicians but they do respect Sheila!  I'll be in my seat for 7:00 tomorrow night and I'm predicting that Iggy will be declared the winner in the debate.

Hi Andy,

Let's make things interesting. I'll say Conservative majority. Tomorrow night's debate being the crucial point of the entire campaign.

It will be the best opportunity for pivotal tweets about wardrobe choices, makeup and displays of wit...the most important things after staged photo ops.

Layton will successfully attack Iggy but will not make much progress with Harper thanks to another rope-a-dope performance. The end result being a Harper win at the debates, followed by an ultimately unsuccessful Anything But Conservative campaign for the rest of the month as voters are turned off by Iggy and well, ignore the NDP as usual.

As a side note, I am a little disappointed that Elizabeth May won't be at the debate. I thought her performance the last time was among the best. However, it does make sense that she isn't there. As far as I can tell, there isn't a single politician, reporter or voter concerned about the environment. The Long Gun Registry, sure; air and water? Not so much.

Anyway, enjoy the show.

I apologize for not posting properly. I'm not in front of my computer today but didn't want to miss the deadline.

Paul
