The TSI Seniors Take a Thrashing

Reluctant as I am to report this, Tommy and I suffered a serious set-back in our quest to whip the younger (and still working) Don Kaus and Paul MacDonnell. Sufficient to say that we were soundly defeated in this year's opening round which, to add insult to injury, was played on my home course - Sundrim! It was Mac's 2009 debut and Donny had played only a few games but they were a team of destiny combining excellent play with a few "acts of God" to humble us in this opening round. We will however return to the field of combat later this year for what will, hopefully, be a more competitive round. No excuses here - they were by far the better team! We did get a good picture of our foursome although I thought they were looking somewhat smug!------------------------------------------------------------------------------------AH
