Hi AH: Its been a while since I have responded but being retired doesn't leave one with much time to respond to a blog. ha! ha! My comment stems from the realization that time is passing too fast and because of the economy being in the state it is my retirement funds are rapidly being depleated. This is going to have a major impact on the near future cruises etc. which I love so dearly. I know I am not alone in my thoughts but it makes one wonder why he worked for all those years looking forward to "retirement" and to see his hard earned money dissapearing so fast he can see himself in a desperate situation. Is anyone else having this problem or am I alone in this prediciment. I can understand now what our parents must have gone through in the 30's. One has to stand back and take a real hard look at life and what all this means. People say don't worry all will be ok but how long is the question. The press has nothing but doom and gloom and this doesn't help the situation. Luckily Obama seems to be taking control in the States and this may stimulate our economy. He must have extra time on his hands appearing on the Jay Leno show, but this just goes to show that he is a real people person. Lets hope a recovery comes soon and we can look back on these times with a smile and pray they do not happen again in the near future. Golf courses are now open so lets forget the economy and get out and hit that little white ball trying to forget for a few hours the misery we are going through. Have a great weekend. Ferg
